  • Integrated predictive maintenance with planned downtime windows. 
  • Enabled operators to input problem causes directly via tablet. 

Result: OEE reached 81% over next 6 months. More importantly, continuous improvement velocity increased operators identified 127 improvement opportunities vs. 23 the previous year.

The transformation came not from adding technology but from embedding technology into Lean thinking.
